特注家具製作を仕事にしていると、全く同じ仕事（同じ図面）は2度とないといって良いと思います。また、慣れた工程や苦手な工程（手間の多い）、何年か前にやったことあるかなぁぐらいの工程、全くやったことのない工程も稀にあります。その時は試作などして挑むのですが、やはり職人の仕事は場数を踏むということにあり、その応用で難しい工程も難なくこなせるのではないかと思います。難しい工程があったとしても、こうしたらこうなるっていうのが経験を踏めば読めてきます。引き出しの多さというか、何事も挑戦して身についたものは一生ものです。失敗は怖いですが、失敗から得られるものは成功よりも多いにあると思います。失敗を恐れずどんどん突き進みたいものです。

Making furniture is "one of a kind".

I have never made same furniture by same drawing.

Process of making furniture is various which is easy part, hard part, or never done before.

Most important thing for craftsman is to gain experience. I mean you should challenge anything. that way, you will be able to increase your knowledge. ciao.
